The Loss Prevention Specialist provides visible security presence at store entrances and exits, monitors for theft and fraud, supports loss-prevention initiatives, and maintains a safe and secure environment for customers and associates. The role supports the Area Loss Prevention Manager, requires regular in-office presence with possible remote work, and offers a base pay range of $18.40 to $22.21. A high school education or equivalent is required, while an AA degree, retail-supervisor experience, loss-prevention training, and an active security guard license are preferred.
