Description
The Loss Prevention Specialist provides a visible, courteous presence at store entrances and exits, monitors for theft and fraud, supports safe egress, trains associates on shortage-reduction practices, and collaborates with store leadership and loss-prevention teams. The role requires a high school education or equivalent, strong communication and customer-service skills, conflict-resolution ability, and the capacity to stand, walk, and travel frequently; it also requires regular in-office presence with a possible combination of in-office and remote work.
