The role involves planning and accompanying inventory counts, analyzing inventory results and KPIs, identifying losses and improvement measures, supporting store teams, conducting training, and optimizing loss-prevention and inventory processes. Candidates need several years of comparable experience, retail or inventory-management knowledge, analytical skills, strong German and English, a Class B driver's license, and willingness to travel within Germany.
