ADESA is hiring a Lot Operations Assistant to support vehicle lot movements and general auction operations before, during, and after sale day. The role involves staging and preparing vehicles, operating service and tow trucks and forklifts, scanning and recording vehicle movements, maintaining inventory accuracy, supporting vehicle readiness, coordinating with shop and operations teams, handling customer and administrative support, and confirming vehicle identification. The position pays $15-$18 hourly, follows a Monday through Friday schedule, requires a valid driver’s license and forklift certification, and is not eligible for visa sponsorship.
