Flik Hospitality Group is hiring a Lounge Supervisor to support the daily operation of a premium hospitality lounge. The role oversees guest service and lounge operations, partners with management on food safety, sanitation, and workplace safety compliance, supervises and trains associates, monitors food and beverage presentation and cleanliness, assists with inventory and waste reduction, and addresses guest concerns. The position requires 3–5 years of hospitality, food service, restaurant, hotel, lounge, catering, or related experience; an associate degree or equivalent experience is preferred, and ServSafe certification or the ability to obtain it is a plus. The salary is $23.00–$23.07 per hour, with medical, dental, vision, retirement, paid time off, and other benefits.
