Description
The Lounge Supervisor manages the front-of-house operations of a luxury airline lounge at Heathrow Airport, coordinating catering staff, kitchen standards, food and drink ordering, payroll, stock control, customer service, complaints, audits, and staff training. The role also supports management and attends to passengers as part of the attendant team. It requires at least three years of hospitality-supervision experience, strong leadership and communication skills, and knowledge of food safety and budgeting. The position is on-site and pays £15.00 per hour.
