NPE is hiring a Low-Code Developer to manage and develop business-critical specialist systems in the context of a digitalization initiative involving case management, forms, and Microsoft Power Platform adoption. The role assesses change requests, prepares solutions, performs bug fixes and configuration changes, manages testing, documentation, deployment, quality, and version control, and contributes to solution roadmaps. It requires relevant higher education or extensive experience, at least two years of low-code or system development experience, experience at the domain-IT interface, and strong Norwegian communication skills. The position offers a flexible hybrid working day and pays NOK 750,000–900,000 gross per year.
