Citi is hiring a full-time Low Latency Java Developer to design and develop client connectivity solutions, including low-latency platforms and HFT frameworks. The role involves translating business requirements into Java-based solutions, collaborating with internal and external teams, troubleshooting connectivity issues, supporting implementations, and contributing to ongoing enhancements. Candidates need 4–8 years of relevant low-latency Java experience, knowledge of FIX and binary protocols, familiarity with trading environments, and exposure to microservices, Open HFT, Chronicle, DevOps, CI/CD, and BitBucket.
