Description
Howmet Aerospace is hiring a Loader/Unloader for a 3rd-shift opening at its Branford, Connecticut facility. The role loads and unloads blades, vanes, and other OEM parts into and out of furnaces in the Low-Temperature Furnace Department, inspects and masks parts, smuts and water-washes them, documents work, monitors furnace controls, and maintains a safe and organized shop environment. In-house training is provided, and the position requires a high school diploma or GED equivalent; manufacturing experience, equipment-operation experience, advanced math skills, and leadership qualities are preferred. The starting salary is $22.00 per hour, with a $2.00 third-shift differential, and benefits including medical, dental, vision, vacation, and a 401(k) are available from day one.
