Description
The Low Threshold Housing Resident Assistant manages and maintains the resident's home, creates a supportive environment, and supports staff and daily operations. This role involves ensuring the physical condition of the residence, enforcing safety and policy adherence, engaging in relationship-building and crisis intervention, documenting interactions, assisting with inventory and administrative tasks, communicating with management, attending meetings, conducting wellness checks, and collaborating with the team.
