The role supports the customer center in connection services by analyzing low-voltage grid connections, preparing offers, planning and coordinating network construction, advising customers on grid-connection matters, planning metering equipment, and coordinating with electrical installation companies and internal specialist departments. It requires completed vocational training in electrical engineering, at least three years of relevant professional experience, strong communication and customer-oriented skills, independent and structured working style, and very good German.
