Description
Eaton is hiring a Low Voltage System Assembly (LVSA) - Post-Order Engineering Lead to lead and develop electrical and mechanical engineering teams at its Schrems manufacturing plant. The role focuses on delivering production-ready LVSA designs, ensuring timely IFC releases, coordinating with manufacturing, testing, and project teams, enforcing IEC standards and design governance, managing engineering changes, and improving design quality and manufacturability. Candidates need an engineering degree, at least five years of LV switchgear design engineering experience, team leadership experience, and knowledge of LVSA architecture and IEC 61439; EPLAN Electric P8 familiarity is advantageous. The position offers approximately EUR 70,000 gross per year plus flexible working solutions and learning opportunities.
