The Field Operations Technician installs, tests, troubleshoots, and supports low-voltage security systems in customer homes and businesses. The role requires hands-on wiring and device installation, site assessments, network and monitoring-center communication testing, customer education, and safe vehicle operation. Applicants need a high school diploma or equivalent, a valid driver's license, computer and network diagnostics skills, and availability for evenings, weekends, and holidays; prior field technical training is preferred.
