ID Tech Solutions Inc. is hiring a full-time, field-based Low Voltage Technician to service and troubleshoot low-voltage communications and physical security systems, including CCTV, access control, burglar alarm, and phone systems. The role also involves cabling, small installations, system upgrades, diagnostics, testing, client communication, documentation, and travel throughout the New York City Metropolitan Area and surrounding region. Candidates need at least five years of low-voltage cabling maintenance and troubleshooting experience and five years of hands-on experience with the listed systems, along with strong analytical, communication, customer service, and independent field-work skills.
