MindCare Solutions is hiring a full-time Licensed Professional Counselor/Licensed Clinical Social Worker in Allentown, Pennsylvania. The role provides direct counseling, develops care plans, coordinates with healthcare teams, delivers telehealth services, administers behavioral health screening tools, manages referrals and case continuity, and supports behavioral health programs. Applicants need a master’s degree in counseling, social work, or a related field, an active and unrestricted Pennsylvania LPC or LCSW license, and at least three years of behavioral health clinical experience. Compensation is up to $75,000 per year plus RVU incentives, with malpractice coverage, health and wellness benefits, HSA/FSA, retirement matching, disability and life insurance, holidays, flextime, and paid time off.
