MindCare Solutions is hiring a part-time Licensed Professional Counselor/Licensed Clinical Social Worker in Chester County, Pennsylvania. The role provides direct counseling, develops care plans, coordinates with healthcare teams, delivers telehealth services, administers behavioral health screenings, manages referrals and case continuity, educates patients and families, and supports behavioral health programs. Applicants need a master’s degree in counseling, social work, or a related field, an active and unrestricted Pennsylvania LPC or LCSW license, at least three years of behavioral health clinical experience, telehealth proficiency, and the ability to travel up to 50%. Compensation is up to $45 per hour.
