MindCare Solutions is hiring a full-time LPC/LCSW in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, to provide direct behavioral health counseling, develop care plans, coordinate with healthcare teams, deliver telehealth services, administer screening tools, manage referrals and case continuity, educate patients and families, and support behavioral health programs. The role requires a master’s degree in counseling, social work, or a related field, an active and unrestricted Pennsylvania LPC or LCSW license, at least one year of behavioral health clinical experience, telehealth proficiency, and the ability to travel up to 50%.
