MindCare Solutions is hiring a full-time LPCC/LISW in Dayton, Ohio, to provide direct behavioral health counseling, care coordination, telehealth services, screening, case management, patient advocacy, and interdisciplinary collaboration. The role requires a master’s degree in counseling, social work, or a related field, an active and unrestricted Ohio LPCC or LISW license, and at least three years of behavioral health clinical experience. Compensation is up to $75,000 per year plus an RVU incentive bonus, with benefits including malpractice coverage, health and wellness benefits, HSA/FSA, retirement matching, disability and life insurance, paid holidays, flextime, and PTO.
