MindCare Solutions is hiring a full-time LPCC/LISW behavioral health clinician in the East Cleveland area, Ohio. The role provides direct counseling, develops care plans, coordinates with healthcare teams, delivers telehealth services, administers and interprets behavioral health screening tools, manages referrals and case continuity, and supports behavioral health programs. Applicants need a master’s degree in counseling, social work, or a related field, an active and unrestricted Ohio LPCC or LISW license, and at least three years of behavioral health clinical experience. The position offers up to $75,000 per year plus RVU incentives and benefits including malpractice coverage, health and wellness benefits, HSA/FSA, retirement matching, disability and life insurance, paid holidays, flextime, and PTO.
