Description
MindCare Solutions is hiring a full-time, day-shift LPCC/LISW to provide direct behavioral health counseling, develop care plans, coordinate with clinical teams, deliver telehealth services, administer screening tools, manage referrals and case continuity, educate patients and families, and support behavioral health programs. The role requires an appropriate combination of education, training, coursework, and experience; a master’s degree in counseling, social work, or a related field; an active and unrestricted Ohio LPCC or LISW license; at least three years of behavioral health clinical experience; telehealth proficiency; and the ability to travel up to 50%. Compensation is up to $75,000 per year plus RVU incentives.
