MindCare Solutions is hiring a full-time, day-shift LPCC/LISW behavioral health clinician in Toledo, Ohio. The role provides direct counseling, develops care plans, coordinates with healthcare teams, delivers telehealth services, administers and interprets behavioral health screening tools, provides case management and referrals, monitors patient progress, and supports behavioral health programs. Applicants need a master’s degree in counseling, social work, or a related field, an active and unrestricted Ohio LPCC or LISW license, and at least three years of behavioral health clinical experience. Compensation is up to $75,000 per year plus RVU incentives, with benefits including malpractice coverage, health and wellness benefits, HSA/FSA, retirement matching, disability and life insurance, holidays, flextime, and paid time off.
