Safety National is hiring an LPM Analyst III to connect IT strategy, portfolio performance, financial insights, and business priorities. The role leads IT KPI and metric development, creates dashboards using Power BI and portfolio data, manages IT budgeting and forecasting, and applies Lean Portfolio Management and SAFe principles to prioritize initiatives, monitor performance, manage risks, and integrate IT value streams into enterprise roadmaps. The position requires at least five years of Lean Portfolio Management, project management, or related experience, offers a hybrid schedule with at least three days per week in the St. Louis office, and has a target base salary of $88,000 to $113,500.
