Description
The LPN Continuous Care role provides nursing interventions and patient/family support under RN supervision in a hospice or home-care setting. Responsibilities include continuous care, dressing and catheter changes, medication and IV administration, venipuncture, symptom monitoring, documentation, and reporting changes to the RN and physicians. The position requires current LPN licensure, BLS certification, a valid driver’s license and automobile insurance, reliable transportation, and the ability to work flexible schedules and perform physical duties. Compensation is $22.30–$33.18.
