Description
The LPN Charge Nurse will deliver medications and treatments, supervise Medication Aids, monitor resident conditions, support activities of daily living, maintain documentation, communicate with interdisciplinary teams and families, and follow infection-control and safety standards. The role requires an active LPN license in good standing; skilled nursing or long-term care experience is preferred but not required.
