The LPN Charge Nurse provides bedside care and supervises licensed practical nurses in a long-term care setting. The role offers 12-hour shifts, 36 hours per week, overtime opportunities, and a $3,000 sign-on bonus. Oregon licensure, good standing with the Oregon State Board of Nursing, and current CPR and First Aid certification are required.
