Lake Port Square is hiring a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) in Leesburg, Florida, to provide safe, compassionate, and person-centered care to residents in a senior living community. The role includes administering medications, providing wound care, catheterization, oxygen therapy, and other skilled nursing interventions; monitoring residents; maintaining clinical documentation; responding to emergencies; assisting with admissions, transfers, and discharges; and collaborating with physicians and interdisciplinary teams. A current Florida LPN license in good standing is required, while at least six months of nursing experience is preferred.
