Ohio’s Hospice is hiring a full-time Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to provide skilled nursing care in patients’ homes and care facilities. The role serves New Philadelphia and surrounding communities on 4 p.m.–12 a.m. shifts one to three days per week, 8 a.m.–8 p.m. every other weekend, and rotating holiday coverage. The LPN works under RN supervision, addresses patient needs, supports families, communicates condition changes, documents care, and provides compassionate hospice care. The position requires an Ohio LPN license, CPR certification, a valid driver’s license, automobile insurance, and successful background and drug screenings; one year of nursing experience is preferred.
