Ohio’s Hospice is hiring a full-time LPN Extended Hours nurse to provide skilled nursing care in patients’ homes and care facilities. The role serves New Philadelphia and surrounding communities on 4 p.m.–12 a.m. shifts one to three days per week, 8 a.m.–8 p.m. every other weekend, and rotating holiday coverage. The LPN works under RN supervision, addresses patient needs, supports families, communicates condition changes, documents care, and provides compassionate end-of-life care. The position requires an active Ohio LPN license, CPR certification, a valid driver’s license, automobile insurance, and successful background and drug screenings; one year of nursing experience is preferred.
