Creekside Continuing Care Community is seeking a compassionate and organized Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join their team. The LPN will be responsible for providing medication management and skilled nursing procedures for residents, implementing personal care plans, assisting in medication administration training, and educating residents and staff on health maintenance. The ideal candidate will maintain a current state LPN license, possess strong communication and problem-solving skills, and demonstrate flexibility to work nights and weekends.
