The Falls at Cordingly Dam is hiring full-time and part-time Licensed Practical Nurses to provide nursing care to residents in a home-like environment. Responsibilities include assessing and documenting resident status, reporting health changes, directing and mentoring Resident Care Assistants, coordinating care with community providers, supporting resident independence, preventing elder abuse, and responding to emergencies. Applicants must hold a current state LPN license and CPR certification, graduate from an approved LPN program, and preferably have 1–2 years of nursing experience or prior experience working with the elderly.
