Description
The LPN/LVN provides direct ambulatory, emergency, mental health, and infirmary care in a 24/7 healthcare facility housing individuals detained by Immigration and Customs Enforcement in Louisiana. Duties include patient intake screening, medication administration, wound care, vital signs, electrocardiograms, phlebotomy, point-of-care testing, emergency stabilization, and support for other healthcare providers. The role is full-time on day shifts, 40 hours per week, and requires a current Louisiana or compact-state LPN/LVN license, at least one year of experience, graduation from an approved vocational or practical nurse program, and current BLS certification.
