Description
The Program Director of Nursing will supervise daily operations of Bryant & Stratton College’s nursing program at the Henrietta location, including meeting New York State, ACEN, and NCLEX pass-rate standards; managing nursing faculty, instructional, clinical, and support staff; overseeing curriculum, academic records, scheduling, student advising, retention, and compliance; and coordinating with the dean, registrar, and campus leadership. The role requires a master’s degree in Nursing, a current valid nursing license, and two years of supervisory experience with at least one year of teaching experience. The position pays $100,000-$110,000 per year and is exempt from overtime.
