StoneBridge Senior Living is hiring a Licensed Practical Nurse in Jacksonville, Illinois. The role provides basic medical care and assessments to residents, coordinates nursing care, administers medications and treatments, performs wound and respiratory care, responds to pain requests, documents care, and communicates changes in resident status to physicians. The position requires a current LPN license, CPR certification, and an interest in gerontological nursing; two years of long-term care experience and electronic medical records experience are preferred.
