Seneca Health Care Center is hiring a full-time LPN Supervisor in West Seneca, New York, to lead nursing staff and support high-quality resident care in a skilled nursing, rehabilitation, and long-term care setting. The role includes administering treatments, monitoring residents, coordinating with interdisciplinary teams, mentoring staff, maintaining documentation, and ensuring compliance with clinical standards and regulations. The schedule is Monday through Friday from 3:00 p.m. to 11:00 p.m., with a rate of $32–$34 depending on experience and a sign-on bonus of up to $3,000. A high school diploma or equivalent and a valid New York State LPN license are required, while an associate's degree, supervisory experience, and long-term care or skilled nursing experience are preferred.
