Description
The Wellness Nurse (LPN) reports to the Health & Wellness Director and provides direct nursing care to residents while supervising the day-to-day nursing activities of care staff. Responsibilities include monitoring resident health and safety, assisting with medication administration, maintaining clinical quality assurance, ensuring regulatory and policy compliance, and participating in in-service training. The role requires graduation from an accredited school of nursing, a current license, and experience with long-term care, assisted living, home health, or hospital settings; it pays $34.00–$35.00 per hour and offers medical, dental, and vision benefits for full-time employees.
