Lenovo is hiring a full-time APM Engineer in Central Singapore to monitor and improve the performance and availability of web and mobile applications using Cisco APM, Dynatrace, Datadog, and other observability tools. The role includes configuring real-user monitoring agents, analyzing RUM data, building dashboards and alerts, troubleshooting incidents, supporting clients, maintaining monitoring platforms, and participating in on-call rotations. Candidates need a bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience, at least five years of enterprise APM implementation and support experience, DevOps and cloud experience, and strong troubleshooting and communication skills.
