Description
The Assistant Teacher is a part-time preschool role reporting to the Children's Center Director, with 1–19 hours per week and compensation of $20.00–$24.00 per hour depending on experience and units or degree. The role supports lead teachers with classroom activities, lesson planning, curriculum preparation, child supervision, behavior observation, and classroom maintenance, while requiring a two-year early childhood education degree or relevant ECE units, Title 22 knowledge, background checks, and physical ability to supervise and care for young children.
