The McHenry Management Group is seeking an Integrated Master Schedule Lead to support the Landing Ship Medium (LSM) Program. The role owns the program-level master schedule, integrating ship construction, procurement, fabrication, outfitting, systems integration, testing, startup, trials, delivery, and post-delivery work. Responsibilities include schedule preparation and tracking, WBS and schedule development, schedule analysis and reporting, risk and critical-path governance, schedule health monitoring, coordination with engineering, planning, operations, supply chain, quality, and test organizations, training, and guidance on project management tools. The position requires background checks, United States citizenship, drug screening, and demonstrated expertise in project scheduling tools, project management methodologies, ship construction, and quality assurance processes.
