Description
The LSP Buyer manages strategic partnerships with Lam Service Providers to supply qualified resources for equipment installation, warranty, and field service operations. The role oversees workforce capacity, compliance, forecasting, budgeting, financial reporting, supplier performance, and commercial negotiations while collaborating with Operations and Finance. Candidates should have supplier management, procurement, workforce management, sourcing, or operations planning experience, strong analytical and negotiation skills, Korean and English communication skills, and preferably semiconductor or technology industry experience and an MBA. The role offers On-site Flex or Virtual Flex work arrangements.
