OneAmerica Financial is hiring an LTD Claims Associate to review disability claim files, determine overpayments, recover outstanding amounts, and coordinate with claimants, advocates, and internal and external customers. The role requires at least one year of work experience, claim-operation experience is preferred, and knowledge of claim systems such as FINEOS, Excel, PowerPoint, and Tableau. It is a hybrid position primarily based in Indianapolis, Indiana, with Portland, Maine, and California work locations and an hourly salary of $21.16 to $33.65, plus an annual incentive program and benefits.
