OneAmerica Financial is hiring an LTD Claims Lead (CCU) to investigate and adjudicate complex Long-Term Disability claims, identify settlement candidates, coach LTD Examiners, use FINEOS claims systems, and support fraud prevention. The role requires at least five years of Long-Term Disability claims experience, claims-system and Windows software proficiency, and a high school diploma or equivalent education and experience. It is primarily hybrid in Indianapolis, Indiana, with Portland, Maine candidates potentially eligible for remote work, and requires physical return to the office in Indiana or Maine as needed. Compensation is $31.37–$52.28 per hour, with an annual incentive program and listed benefits.
