Description
Intel is hiring an LTD Product Development Engineer in Hillsboro, Oregon to develop, validate, document, and debug semiconductor test programs for wafer sort, unit class testing, burn-in, parametric testing, cache arrays, and analog mixed-signal testing. The role works with technology development, foundry programs, yield, design, device, quality and reliability teams, and tester module engineers to improve product yield, performance, reliability, operations, and tool performance. Candidates need a PhD in Electrical or Computer Engineering or a related field, or an MS in one of those fields plus at least three years of product development engineering experience; experience with electrical measurements, circuit analysis, device design, characterization, instrumentation, Unix, C/C++, or Python is preferred.
