Description
Syntronic is seeking an LTE/5G RedCap Validation Engineer to lead cellular protocol and RF validation for LTE and 5G NR RedCap modems integrated into consumer IoT products. The role covers conformance, functional, performance, carrier acceptance, and certification testing; hands-on execution with Rohde & Schwarz and Anritsu test equipment; Python, TTCN-3, and vendor-SDK automation; modem-log and Wireshark debugging; and collaboration with modem vendors and cross-functional engineering teams. The engineer will work on in-house projects and on-site assignments at customer locations.
