TA Services is hiring a senior logistics leader to design and optimize LTL and consolidation networks, manage carrier relationships, drive yield and margin performance, implement TMS and API/EDI integrations, lead cross-functional projects, and serve as a subject matter expert in solution design and customer value engineering. The role requires a bachelor’s degree in a relevant field, 10+ years of LTL transportation, 3PL, or logistics network strategy experience, and proficiency with TMS, data visualization, and project management. It is office-based with a hybrid or flexible arrangement, Monday through Friday, and offers $100,000–$120,000 plus performance incentives and benefits.
