Description
The Lead Transportation Security Officer (LTSO) leads security screening and checkpoint operations for air travelers, airports, and aircraft. Responsibilities include passenger and baggage screening, equipment operation and calibration, shift scheduling, incident documentation, coordination with TSA and airport stakeholders, and assisting with training and checkpoint operations. The role requires prior TSO experience, Level 2 TSO certification, OSARP certification, a Secret security clearance, U.S. citizenship, and the ability to work various shifts and overtime.
