The Maryland LTSSMaryland Application Development Architect serves as the senior technical authority for LTSSMaryland application architecture, software development standards, enterprise solution design, vendor oversight, code and architecture reviews, quality assurance, and complex application and integration initiatives. The role provides technical leadership, advises program leadership and vendors, supports software development and production activities, and coaches technical staff and vendor leads. It is a full-time hybrid-telework position in Baltimore City with a salary of $113,157 to $146,388 per year, potential growth to $178,453 per year, and a filing deadline of 10/14/2026.
