Description
The Lube Technician performs routine automotive maintenance, including oil changes, lubrication, fluid checks, and basic vehicle inspections. The role also involves communicating with customers, documenting services, maintaining a clean and safe work area, and preparing vehicles for more extensive repairs. A high school diploma or equivalent, a valid driver’s license with a clean driving record, basic automotive knowledge, physical stamina, and attention to safety are required; prior automotive service experience, ASE certification, diagnostic-tool familiarity, and strong customer-service skills are preferred.
