Yource is hiring a Telephone Sales Representative in Ghent to call potential and existing Luminus customers, match them with energy contracts, sell additional services, explain Luminus Extras, overcome customer resistance, and process sales administratively. The role offers a fixed gross monthly salary of €2,413–€2,897 based on 38 hours, paid sales training, and hybrid working after the initial training period. Candidates should have strong communication skills, a commercial drive, perseverance, and an excellent command of Dutch; prior call center, inside sales, or commercial customer service experience is beneficial.
