Description
The Lansing School District is hiring Lunch Assistants to support safe and effective cafeteria and recess operations. Responsibilities include cleaning tables, assisting students with food trays, providing reliable service, occasionally supervising students, interacting with diverse students, and supporting school staff as needed. The role requires physical movement, lifting up to 50 pounds, and communication; a high school diploma or equivalent, ability to perform manual tasks and follow instructions, and previous experience working with students in a school setting are preferred. The position is 3 hours per day at 0.375 FTE.
