Aroma360 is hiring a Luxury Scent Sales Consultant for its San Antonio showroom. The role focuses on driving revenue through in-store client interactions, closing high-ticket paid-in-full or contract-based deals, delivering personalized scenting experiences, managing leads in Salesforce, and maintaining the showroom’s luxury presentation. Candidates should have proven success in retail, luxury, or high-ticket sales, strong communication and negotiation skills, and availability for weekends, evenings, and holidays. The position offers uncapped commission plus base pay, with realistic OTE up to $110,000+, medical, dental, vision, 401(k), PTO, and life insurance benefits.
